Milky Way over Mt. Sneffels with Lupines
This scene was photographed in June in the San Juan Mountains of southwestern Colorado. Lupine fields abound at this time of year and here there is one placed perfectly in front of Mt. Sneffels. The long exposure has revealed much detail in the Milky Way. which was in the right place over Sneffels at 2 a.m.
