Homestead Cabin
This is a photo of the inside of a log cabin built in the early twentieth century. It is located in a very large meadow above the Blue Mesa Reservoir, Colorado's largest lake. This image and its companions were processed to emphasize the rough textures and beautiful patina present in the interior. I especially wanted to capture the play of light, coming through gaps in the roof, on the entire space. Unfortunately, the roof has since collapsed and this rustic beauty will never be seen again.
The matted prints are signed on the print border so the signature will stay with the print if you ever change the mat. The prints themselves are made using the highest quality pigment inks and are guaranteed for life if displayed out of direct sunlight.
